As a new body corporate management company, we offer reliable management services at an affordable cost to accomplish all body corporate and incorporated society needs. We manage residential or commercial body corporates along with incorporated societies throughout New Zealand.

If you decide to sell your unit in Hamilton & are willing to use Green Rock’s real estate agent, we will give a 50% discount on our preparation fees to all pre-contract disclosure statements & pre-settlement disclosure statements. Conditions Apply.
We offer all real estate agents and property managers $250 for each body corporate that signs a management agreement with Green Rock.
Conditions
Upon an initial consultation by Green Rock Management that will determine if the body corporate will be a suitable fit, a 3-year contract will be awarded. The contract will lock in management fees for 3-years, excluding GST. Please note that this does not include Disbursement fees.
In order for real estate agents and property mangers to receive to the $250 commission, the body corporate has to sign Green Rocks management agreement.
Incorporated Societies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. .
