Conditions
Upon an initial consultation by Green Rock Management that will determine if the body corporate will be a suitable fit, a 3-year contract will be awarded. The contract will lock in management fees for 3-years, excluding GST.
Please note a Xero Account will need to be created for the body corporate’s financials at a cost to the body corporate. Otherwise, we are happy to discuss an alternative arrangement! Additionally, there will be minor bank fees. The annual cost depends on the body corporate’s activity during the year.
In order to receive the $250 referral, the body corporate has to sign the Green Rock Body Corporate Management Agreement.
