HISTORY
After 20-years involved with real estate management, Mark Chitty, managing Director, experienced first hand poorly operated management companies that struggled to complete the most basic task or request. From companies that had owners with no direct real estate management experience, to under funding, or with no morals & ethics.
The decision was to create an ultra efficient body corporate management company that focused on timely results immersed with high standards in ethics & morals.

Mark brings in over 20-years experience in residential, commercial property management & body corporate management. With an abundance of knowledge & experience, Mark’s operates on a results based solutions, that focuses & emphasises on research & structure.
Mark’s hobbies include sport, keeping fit, learning languages, traveling & the outdoors.

Option A - RESIDENTIAL
Body Corporate Management
(Fees per unit, per year for 3-years).
1-10 Units, $265 + GST per unit.
10-30 Units, $285 + GST per unit.
Above 30 Units, $305 + GST per unit.
Option B - COMMERICAL
Body Corporate Management
(Fees per unit, per year for 3-years).
$350 + GST for Commercial units.
