After 20-years’ in real estate management, Managing Director Mark Chitty, witnessed firsthand the challenges experienced by poorly operated management companies that struggled to accomplish results. This steamed from underfunding, lack of experience, and an absence of compassion, ethics, and integrity.

Recognising the need for change, Mark set out to create an ultra-efficient body corporate management company built on strong values and a commitment to timely, results-driven service-always guided by the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Mark Chitty - Director 

Mark brings in over 20-years’ experience in residential property management and body corporate management. His expertise includes managing a magnitude of houses and apartment complexes in Texas, United States of America for 10-years. This has equipped Mark with robust processes and procedures of being organised and having a structured approach to deliver successful client outcomes.

With an abundance of knowledge and proven experience, Mark operates with a results based mindset, emphasising research, planning, and precision in every project.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys sport, keeping fit, martial arts, learning languages, traveling, hunting, fishing and exploring the outdoors.

Option A - RESIDENTIAL 
Body Corporate Management 

(Fees per unit, per year for 3-years).

  • 1-10 Units, $265 + GST per unit.

  • 10-30 Units, $285 + GST per unit.

  • Above 30 Units, $305 + GST per unit.

Option B - COMMERICAL 
Body Corporate Management 

(Fees per unit, per year for 3-years).

  • $350 + GST for Commercial units.
