Going Overseas?

Under Section 81 of the Unit Titles Act 2010, An owner who leases their unit and relocates overseas or takes a holiday out of the country for more than 3-weeks must appoint an agent in respect of the Residential Tenancy Act 1986. The body corporate manager must be informed of the managing agent.
